[GAMEPLAY] Fiora doesn't parry Dragon

I'm not sure how long its been happening, but I noticed today that Fiora's parry no longer reflects Dragon's attack. Her parry still works against Baron and other jungle mobs, just not Dragon. I tried it in a few custom games and she didn't parry once.

Not a bug was an intentional change like 5 patches ago to stop her and panth form soloing it at level 3

I believe this is because all of the dragons attacks are now casted spells rather than auto-attacks..Came with the dragon update.
