Final Boss Veigar's laugh is clipped - fix?

I was gifted Final Boss Veigar and absolutely love the skin, unfortunately his laugh has problems. Try it out but: the laugh can be very difficult to activate, it seems to have a delay and rarely matches up with the visuals (compare it with say how easy it is to emote spam with Garen and find a midground). Also it is overwhelmingly quiet for such a great champion emote! The tiniest master of the most evil could do with a solid laugh. It's bad enough that I'd say bug worthy.

I hope this gets a fix please =] Thoughts, similar problems?
