While playing Nidalee today, I noticed if you hold right click on the mouse (for movement), if you would attempt to swipe it would make it go the opposite direction of the cursor. If not holding the movement button, it goes in the correct direction.
I was having issues with her E as well, but not just while moving, I was facing a turret, and had my cursor over it too. (turret part irrelevant, but just to see if it was a facing/cursor issue) and about a third of my E's would go the wrong way. usually while moving or shortly after moving, including pounces. It also would sometime visually go the right direction, but not actually do any damage.

Yeah same. I just played a game with her and it worked maybe 2/5 times. But oh well nbd
I found this bug as well and while it doesn't make her unplayable it is quite annoying and can prevent you from getting kills/missing minions and well that's kind of lame, hope someone can fix it soon!
YES. I was about to create a thread. But this is too annoying. The combo was suppose to be W-E. When I W forward and E, E swiped BACKWARD which completely hit no one. I read the Patch 4.17, too and there's nothing mentioned about E getting a gameplay change. The problem is even WITH the cursor forward, E still swipes backward unless the cursor is VERY close to Nid herself. My gameplay was very crippled because I could not complete my combo/ messed up my combo and resulting in getting outplayed. Please please please fix it

Just lost a ranked game not because of it but it was kind of annoying. If this could be fixed asap that would be appreciated.

I'm having this same problem. While moving and keeping the mouse ahead of me, pressing E causes her to swipe behind her 100% of the time

Also if you W and then E you will cast her E backwards...
