Keyboard commands don't work

Recently my keyboard binds have stop working after the game loads. the chat is alright including tab command, and store, but what is in regards of items activation, summoners, pings, and abilities the commands dot work...i've noticed if i press alt+(key binded) at exactly the same time they work with a small delay. i've read multiple articles and seems that it has happened to some people but they never get a response. i really would like not to have to stop playing this game. I have tried uninstalling. exiting and re entering the game. basic stuff...still no result. so someone anyone please respond.
