CAN'T SEE MY GIRLFRIEND ONLINE

Hey guys. So my girlfriend and I love to play league together. Unfortunately over the past few days I haven't been able to see her presence online, but she can see mine. She can still message me in game and I can type back and when I message her when I'm not currently in a game it still has her little circle colored grey and it says she is online. I also cannot invite her to any games, but she can invite me. PLEASE HELP!
