[GAMEPLAY] Vel'koz ultimate quickcast with indicator bug.
- When playing Vel'koz on smartcast option, after executing his combo quickly E-W-Q-R, the R skill will be delayed and sometimes not cast.
- Select Vel'koz (I only play with the skin Arclight, if it matters), enter summoner's rift, use E-W-Q-R QUICKLY on an enemy, and sometimes the R skill will not appear/be extremely delayed, making me press it twice and sometimes canceling the ult by accident. Sometimes, the bug also doesn't let the range indicator disappear. So when this bug happens, as I am shooting my laser, the range indicator following it will be on top of the laser, making it a sort of awkward ultimate.
- 8/10 times happening when casting my full combo since this current patch with the release of Ekko.
