The Howl of Noxus (7/10) or (8/10) bugged, showing up simultaneously and not counting

Step 7 and 8 of "The Howl of Noxus" are showing up on my client at the same time and neither is counting, they are stuck... what to do? I won a match which I warded with trinket 5+ times, or does that not count? like do I need to actually buy ward?

p.s. just realize my last completed match isn't showing up on match history either? maybe server logging system is down?
