I keep getting disconnected from the support site

Hello everyone ! For a weird reason my account got locked today because of suspicious activity. The encouraged me to send a ticket. Here comes my problem. As soon as I try to log in on the support site I get a message saying I've been disconnected. This happens on every browser. Can anyone from RIOT please help me ?
