If Urgot suppresses a dismounted Kled, and Kled's passive procs during the suppression and he remounts Skaarl before he is executed, only Skaarl's health bar will be removed and Kled dismounts again safe and sound. It's highly frustrating when Urgot's ultimate doesn't execute someone like you expect it to do.

their Hp Bars are different Kled 
has his own hp and Skaarl has his courage/Fear bar (Skaarl is immortal Runs away when hes scared) so tech you executed Skaarl and not Kled
Then I believe that is something that should be highlighted, since having a champion not perform as expected is extremely frustrating
