Win during promo series not credited

[Gameplay] In series. Already had 1 win in the series before the start of this game. Winning 2nd game in series resulted in my series win/loss total remaining at 1 - 0. There were no gameplay issues during the game that should have resulted in loss prevented for the other team. There were no afk, no d/c, and no one reported on either team that I know of. This is not the first time I've seen this problem but it happened so long ago I forgot about it. It's hard enough climbing out of Bronze without wins not being credited in promos...
