In game frozen movement (GAMEPLAY)

I haven't gotten any idea how to reproduce the bug, but it usually happens at the beginning of games and fixes itself when I reconnect. Essentially, I can see everything happening perfectly fine and in real time, but I cannot move my character nor can I click to scroll on the minimap. It's happened several times to me, but only since this last patch. I have a Mac, if that makes a difference.
