Champion Select Stays On 0 Seconds Remaining (Basically Disconnects)

Recently, I've been having this problem where I would open up the Rune Page to change my runes, but when this happens the timer will go down to 0 and it will stay there. An error message will appear, and I won't be able to change anything in Champion Select. Regardless of this, it doesn't actually disconnect me and I will still load into the game. It's really annoying, because I'll basically be forced to go into a game with wrong runes, as I can't change them.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
