Darkforge Jarvan Splash?

Upon opening my client, I received the Darkforge Jarvan skin as my first hextech gift. However, the Dragonslayer splash art would keep coming up every time I would recheck it. I just think this may be deceiving to some players at a first glance.

I also have screencaps of the issue, but there doesn't seem to be a way to attach them.
