[CLIENT] Fails to launch the login and password screen after clicking the launch button.

So this has been a while now of this happening. The client **refuses ** to launch the login and password screen after patches and what not. Before it was fine but I feel like there's perhaps a bug in the update 6.21. Keep in mind that I do run a 64 bit OS and I do know that the client is 32 bit. The thing is my OS has been running the client perfectly before. Now what I do to get to the login and password screen is to keep launching the client over and over until I am lucky enough to get to the login and password screen. I usually see a success around the 15th-17th attempt.
