Auto Attack Bug or Minion Untargetability (Not sure which) [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing a ranked game, when I suddenly couldn't last hit minions. Either the minions became untargetable, or my auto attacks didn't work. It didn't last long, I could attack minions again after maybe 8 seconds. I didn't try to cast spells on them, since I was low on mana. I've never come across that bug before, and I have no idea how to recreate it. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
