Velkoz R breaks after Azir Ults me [GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT]

I went to combo Azir, the classic I throw all my abilities with a stun and he dies. I missed the stun and Azir ganks me mid. So I attempt the combo again, missed, but I did initially press r. Though Azir ults me at the same time I am in the action of pressing the ult, Velkoz channels for 0 seconds and then suddenly I can't use my ult anymore it, says it's available. Though first I thought maybe it isn't showing the cooldown but after some time it still didn't work. So I had to restart the client, and on the restart, the client started bugging out heavily. Showing me vision consistently of areas I don't have vision. As if there is a ward there but I can't actually see the contents. Weird visual bug I guess along with gameplay being messed up.

Basically if azir ults and shuffles velkoz the instant he ults it bugs (at least my) client?
