Mini-map jungle camp visual bug

My game is bugged right now because my mini map does not show any of the jungle camps including the baron/rift herald, scuttler and dragon. I am not sure what the issue is. I have tried to put all the in-game video settings back to default and i have uninstalled deleted all the same old files and reinstalled the game twice. Not sure why I cannot see the camps on the minimap. Anyone else have the same problem? Or do you know a fix to the situation?
