[Gameplay] Frostfang won't trigger it's passive, unable to finish the quest.

For some unknown reason , the passive of Frostfang couldn't triggered which makes my team's Zyra failed to finish her quest. Riot, this is the reason you shouldn't removed sightone, in 30 mins of game with no vision is a disaster. Also please bring us back the tracker's knife, certain type of jg like jax and lee sin really need this, why you guys ok with some champ like Kayn that can go through walls to walls butcher someone and yet have the ability to escape with his Q, while lee sin and jax needs 75 golds to ward jump while they are out of trinket's ward ?
