Game Crashing in champ select

So recently some fiends and I have been experiencing a bug in the game where the client will crash or partial freeze in champ select. One of 2 thing happens, the game either completely freezes or everything gets kind of jumbled up and you cant click on anything.

Not a super big deal...if you have picked your champ. You can just wait it out and restart the client when you enter the loading screen. HOWEVER, if you haven't picked your champ...there goes LP...and the timer...and the potential ban. I have spoken to a representative from riot several days later.

"Hello, The Buhnee, I'm Rubik with Riot Technical Support."

Here followed a very generic response.

"If you would like to find the root of this, please let me know and I can help you troubleshoot those issues."

So then I replied say that i would like to know the fix...and several days later i get...

"Thank you for the feedback."

"You don't know Networking? Here is a guide!"

"Here you can download an App to get game logs."

So, still no fix...

And ultimately, I don't expect a flawless product. There will always be issues. I also don't expect perfect tech support. I would like some help though. I would also like my LP back. I am literally be penalized for the client crashing. My computer is pretty beast, and my internet is really good. Yet, here I am.

So I was always told not to complain about a problem without having some kind of solution. Here it is:

Stop penalizing people for "dodging" in champ select. I know its annoying to make it all the way through only to have someone dodge...but still...if the client can't tell if its the player dodging or it breaking then how can it penalize players?

If you don't have the ability to discern right from wrong you cannot pass judgement.
