No health bar display VISUAL BUG

I was playing a game of Twitch adc and when I loaded into the game there were no health bars displayed above anyone's names. I checked my settings and I had them turned on, I tried reseting to default settings and turning it off and on again but it would not work. It made the game incredibly hard to play. After a while my client froze and crashed, which is odd because i'm on a high spec gaming laptop that less than 2 months old. I had to restart my computer and when I came back the big was fixed. However a new bug happened where the tier 2 top tower on our side was displayed, but did not actually exist. I hope this is helpful and can be investigated, thanks.

Stupid question. Was it black bar under the name or no health bar period? I've seen the black bar which i generally need to relaunch the client to fix. The tower is a frequent bug when league crashes.
