[Gameplay] Xin Zhao Q Knock up Bug

When i use zin q on the 3 hit to proc the knock up it doesnt knock the enemy up but its random sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, this is a really annoying bug since the knock up is not even there and its random whether itll work or not fix asap plz
