locked out of champ select after trying to edit runes

I was in champ select just after banning when I went to edit my runes. After the "Here's what was banned" animation came through it force closed the Rune editor and I was not able to interact with any of the Champ select interface. As a result, I was not able to do anything in chat, nor select summoner spells, lock in, or select a different champion. Resulted in a dodge timer. Thankfully for that, I had time to write this bad boy up real quick.
