[GAMEPLAY] Errors when typing in chat

Sometimes at the beginning of a game, when I type in chat (usually in /ALL or /r is when this happens) I'll have an issue where after I sent the message, none of my buttons will perform actions in-game. No abilities will go off, and pressing enter won't bring up the chat. I can fix this by alt-tabbing out, but that can still cause issues because it takes a minute to load back up, and that leaves me either under tower, missing minions, or in a place for a potential dive, or standing idly by while the jungler leashes, which can cause me to take EXP, but that hasn't happened yet, thankfully. Just wondering if anybody experiences this, other than me.
