Crash Dump and Loading Error 2019

This for me has never happened before but now im getting memory dump errors when i start games. It screwed my early game and it already costed me 2 ranked TFT games. My friend got me a solution which was uninstalling and reinstalling League, it worked at first but then the error came back the next day but instead of just memory dump, the loading screen wasnt showing and i was looking at a black screen. After reseting my PC i tried to load back in but THE MEMORY DUMP ERROR shows up again..... Riot can you plz help or anyone else help? its currently patch 9.14
