[GAMEPLAY] Draven Ultimate unusable

My team was pushing the Mid lane and fighting the enemy at their shielding turret, when my ally Yorick used his ult on me just as i was going to die. I then ran under tower, as I knew I only had a few seconds, and I began attacking the enemy players and just as my health was about to hit 0 and I would die for good, I used my ultimate to try and kill the enemy Jayce that I had brought down to very low health. Yet I died milliseconds after I pressed my ult. I did not hear the sound of any axes going out and I did not see my Ult axes moving toward Jayce, and I did not get a kill, so I just assumed I didn't press my ult soon enough. When I re spawn I see my ult is orange like when you want to have axes return, that is when I realize that my ult is not working and I then leave the game and load back in. To no avail Draven's ultimate is still not working correctly and no matter how many times i try to use it, it remains unusable, despite all other abilities working fine.

 This is the first and only time I have experienced this issue so far.
