Undoing Targon's Brace after upgrade Buff Bar Bug

So I was playing a game and undid Targon's Brace upgrade back into Relic Shield. Nothing out of the ordinary, at least until the second charge came up and the buff was removed from my buff bar.
Not sure if someone else found this, but I couldn't find some one else posting this. It isn't game changing, just interesting.
