While playing a game of jinx if you are oom and fire a rocket you will switch to mini-gun, but can immediately switch back to rockets and just spend the mana you have left to fire it. I was playing a game where I was jinx and did it by accident. You just go into a custom game use all your mana and fire a rocket, use your q right after you change guns and you can fire another rocket for only 1 or 2 mana, this can be repeated forever.
