Can't get Mastery Tokens from Twisted Treeline

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional but it is only possible to get Mastery Tokens on Summoners Rift. These tokens are required to reach mastery level 6 and 7 and as a dedicated 3s player I find this very disappointing.

It is intentional. They want people to get mastery tokens on SR games since it is the primary game mode(urf, Nexus siege, and one for all not included, only normal or ranked Sr)
