[Client] Scanning files forever........................

Well......When I tried to install the patch update for November 6 it just kept saying scanning files. It's about 2000 scanned files and its continuing to scan files. I have no clue how to fix it and if anyone knows how to please help.

Delete/Re-install. It's been a common problem with patching for riot.
