honor level glitch

i reached honor lv 3 2 days ago and it says that im lv2 and i dont have the flair too.

youget the flair if you are honored by 1 random or 2 premade
It says you begin at level 2 but not that you are level 2
i have the same issue as you @xxcodplayerxx
