Updating this client for the 10th time? Come on Riot..

Hi everyone! I don't really know If that's a bug or is it just me but there is this thing happening recently with new Patch 7.19 being released. So, every time i close my Client for a brake or something and then reopen it, it shows me a message saying something like: "We've restored a previous version of the client..." And then gives me a notification of Restarting the client in order to download the new update... for the 10th time in a row.. please help! Cz that is getting alittle bit of annoying. Also not to mention the amount of bugs in the v7.19 client aswell. Like not being able to join my friend's lobby or creat my own (no its not from the internet)
