Game won’t load passed 100%

I’ve been having an issue where some games won't actually start. They load up to 100%, then nothing. Can't close the game, can't do anything but restart my computer, and by then, my team has usually voted to remake and I'm slapped with a loss and suffer the LP loss. It's happened twice now in ranked, for a substantial LP loss.

It’s highly unfair I’m losing a whole game of LP multiple times because of an issue with your client.

I’ve reinstalled the game. Still happens...

Nothing fixes it but restarting my PC and at that point the game is already remade or so far that I won’t gain any LP regardless of winning it. Can’t tab into anything else, can’t pull up task manager to close the client... can’t do anything until my PC has been restarted.

It’s quite frustrating you aren’t fixing this or atleast restoring LP when it’s an issue on your side. I’ve taken a video of it.
