Twenty Minute Queues Unfair and Bugs Within the System

As I was playing a normal game with a friend, my ping suddenly rose up to over 1000. Somehow, in the middle of the game, the game crashed on me and I was left with a bugsplat notice. These crashes have happened several times, but are very annoying. Also, when I tried to login, I had to login multiple times to be "logged in." On the login screen, the text displayed would read "Logging In..." but would never log in, even after 5 minutes of waiting. This is ridiculous. I have to log in several times before I'm actually shown the homepage. It wastes about 10 minutes of my time everyday just trying to "login" to league after several failed attempts. That being said, the bug with crashing games combined with the bug of having to relogin several times led to getting me a 20 minute low priority queue. Why should I be punished for disconnections made by Riot? I am absolutely fine with dealing with 20 minute queues when I have to dc because of personal issues, but it is utterly unfair to punish an honest league player for bugs within the system. I have submitted reports on bugsplat several times, but there has been no fixing to the amount of crashes, disconnects, and login screen failures. It is downright ridiculous to be punishing players for mistakes in the system. I love playing League of Legends, but it is downright annoying to be reprimanded as a result of the incompetency in the software of the game. If I am to be punished, punish me for something I am actually causing and accountable for, not for the lack of bugfixes to my League client.
