help?

so uh I've tried to get in two games and for some reason it won't let me load in, I choose my champ and everything, but when i actually try to get in the game it says a critical error has occoured and the process must be terminated. the other thing that its says is that if i would like to create a trash dump to aid the develpers in troubleshooting this issue and it may take up to 5 minutes. This has never happened to me before and I have no idea what to do, and i don't want to get banned for something i have no control over . Please help me! [sg-soraka]
