Circle of Dragons

Even Shavana is going crazy about the new ash. No clue why but when she ults while the new ash is in the game she just jumps straight up in the air and creates a ring of fire around jump site.

I've had this happen in 2 games and was wondering if anyone else may have seen the rising of the dragons?
