So this happened...

So I played a ranked game today when the server (or what it seems like... was told it wasn't) just crashed 3-5 mins, all players got affected and there seems to be no loss prevented for that. I've seen riot disable soloq and prevent losses like those when it's a server issue but when I spoke with a support member he told me it wasnt, but that they were aware of the issue and trying to fix it???. And so I ask, why are ranked q still enabled and why is this not a loss prevented if litteraly 10 players disconnect at the same time? even the recording is bugged, and those come from databases if I'm not mistaken, sorry for the long post, below are pics of the conversation i had, i strongly suggest you look at those.

Well just to start. Your links are not working :P. Anyways they usually do but once they get enough reports in. I have been having the same issue between playing BOT and ARAM games to warm up. Was getting about a 200 spike ping every few seconds. Recommend just playing anything but ranked till you notice the lag spikes have stopped.
