[Gameplay] LeBlanc E doesn't snare if opponent hits it during a dash.

Lately on several occasions I've noticed that if LeBlanc throws her chain at an opponent and it connects while the opponent uses a dash ability towards her (such as Ekko's E or Fizz's Q) the chain will simply disappear upon impact.
