Fiora Q Quickcast

Last patch 6.20 I had no issues with . As it is for now 6.21 she appeared to have a bug. The bug follows; Q on quickcast isn't quickcast. When Quickcast is activated on Q and you press it, it shows an indicator of where she will strike as it does on smartcast. Unless you release your finger from Q again after pressing it she will activate her Q. As it was before she moved as soon as you pressed Q. As any other ability would normally do. This is difficult to deal with in teamfights or any type of fight at all.
