[Client or Crash...??] Black Loading Screen

The last three ARAM games that I've tried playing I've been able to get on champion select, but once the game starts there's just a black screen and a loading circle where my mouse is supposed to be. A message pops up saying I can't connect to the server or the game has crashed. I'm not sure if it's only on ARAM because I was able to play one normal game before I tried playing ARAM. I'm going to see if I'm able to play a normal game again once the ARAM game I'm supposed to be in ends.

P.S. I've tried reopening League, resetting my computer and my internet and I still had the same problems.

Edit:

I tried playing a custom game because I didn't want to risk getting in a normal game and getting people mad because I wouldn't be able to play. At the end I was not able to get into my own custom game and got the black loading screen and the pop up saying I could not connect to the server.
