[Client] My client is stuck at 271 Mbs and 99%

I know there are a lot of different posts for this and I have legitimately tried every single solution that they had but have had no progress. I think a part of it is that I am downloading the whole game and not just the patch which may make things more difficult I am not sure. Anyways I have tried running it in safe mode deleting adobe air 0.0.(whatever it was) I tried repairing and switching to a different server and then back and every time that I have to retry it it starts the download at 3 Gbs left (and when you have a poor internet connection like I do that takes a lot of time) every single time that I try to retry and download this.

Probably being more confusing than helpful here so basically I have tried everything I have seen in the posts and I am not updating I am actually redownloading the game (as I updated to windows 8 recently) and every time I try I get stuck at 271 mbs and then it eventually goes to 99% and stays there. Also when I try to repair it says failed to create a dump file and then closes the client.

I have the same problem and nothing that is mentioned to resolve this seems to work for me.

Exact same problem! I havent been able to play for 2 weeks i believe... Pretty much since patch 5.5 came out i havent been able to play. But i've tried everything people have suggested to do and absolutely nothing has worked and when i get to 200 mbs - 400 mbs away and it freezes, i press repair and i get the (failed to create a dump file) and continues ti close the client too.... I wish they could fix this problem or atleast give us a fix.
