the client is so fucking bad why are they ignoring the facts and doing nothing about the problem

its not like this is a new thing, since you know its been happening for over a year. I'll randomly get past champ select and am loading into the game, when suddenly im done loading and it says im at 100%. but nothing happens... then 1-3 minutes later i get concerned, alt tab out, and hey what do you know, the game crashes and im left at the client where it just says, "game is still in progress". This is a ranked game too. ITS NOT A NEW FUCKING ISSUE EITHER PLS DO SOMETHING CAUSE ITS NOT LIKE I CAN PLAY THE FUCKING GAME IF I WANTED TO... (edit; I EVEN LOST LP LOOOOOL NICE FUCKING SYSTEM)
