Spirit Guard Udyr Skin Vanished?

So I realized I lost 41 skins due to a friend being banned that we always use to gift for gift. (mystery)

I got in touch with my roommate and his account we gifted each other on was BANNED and he is looking into why since he hasnt been on in a while - out of town for work. (haven't received a response yet just a letter of the "rules" when going to his email as to why).

Every skin I got gifted from him during our friendship is now vanished on my account. We gifted each other technically skin for skin which would work out to 490RP per mystery X 41 skins total = 20,090RP (roughly 175$) + his 175$ spent and then some.

Before this BIG gift for gift we had, I had roughly 800$ spent towards my account since season 1. I hope this is fixed and I am not being robbed.

Gifted as in a friend sent you it? If that's the case, if your friend requested a chargeback, then what they bought with the RP would be removed from all connected accounts. However, if you mean you bought a mystery skin for yourself and it's now gone and you haven't disputed/refunded the charge, I don't know what to tell you. You may need to submit a ticket.

Bad news... if all your skins that he gifted are gone, it's likely that following his ban, he disputed all his CC charges from Riot so all Content was pulled...

Yeah... if that's what happened (he asked for a refund basically) then he got his money but you lost yours, when he's the one who got banned. I understand if your friendship isn't worth getting too upset over this, so I'm keeping that in mind. Either you could get RP/skins back from your friend's wallet, or forgive it, or whatever wrongfully (if that's the case) caused your friend to be banned needs to be sorted out by Riot (perhaps after some discussion between them & your friend).

It could be some form of misconduct including toxicity in games caused the ban (and it took a while, resulting in him not knowing until he came back to the game after a break), but there's a number of other things that could do it I think. Hope you get your stuff back.
