Jhins W bug against sunfire Cape

As a Jhin player I have been coming across a rather frustrating bug most games as a result of Sunfire Cape. If an enemy tank buys thus item, Jhins mark shall appear on them constantly, even when your team haven't attacked them. YOU CANNOT SNARE THEM I'd they haven't been attacked. Thus hug has resulted in many many wasted w''s and is incredibly frustrating. Especially in the current meta where 2-3 of the enemies could be building the item. I hope this helps you to fix the bug. I know it is to do with Sunfire as it has never occurred when that item wasn't purchased by the enemy. I assume this may be happening as Jhins w is picking up that Sunfire does damage and assuming that it is damaging the tank wearing it?
