Can't install League (Help please)

Hey guys,

I just formated my computer, and I was back trying to install League of Legends and at the end of the update I get this message: https://imgur.com/pzC2l56

And when I click restard I get bugsplat and then a box saying its repairing and I get repair failed, nothing more, any suggestions on how do I solve this? https://imgur.com/CoHhwn1
