Picking Lunar Revel Caitlyn in draft pick freezes client

As the title states whenever I'm in normals draft pick, if I pick Caitlyn the client freezes if I have the Lunar Revel skin on almost immediately so i get timer penalties because of something I can't control. It didn't start happening until the Shen rework was released on Thursday.

Just for clarity. She isn't bugged for me with the skin in ranked draft (played several games). Also i couldn't get the skin to stay selected after i played it. The next match i played her it went back to auto select default using the new champ select.
