Infinite amount of Thresh hooks on URF.

Playing Thresh on URF i found that you can pretty much throw out hooks every .2 seconds or so as long as the target is alive. Ability shows that its on cooldown but spamming Q you just keep throwing hook after hook. [(https://youtu.be/qzAHcxfYYxw)]
