Me and my buddy just queued up for a match, went through the champ select, and as the counter hits zero, we both get the message "Oops! The game failed to start!". Baffled we restarted our clients and sure enough, no loading screen, like the match didn't exist.

Jayka1 votesSame thing just happened to me twice. After the first time seeing the error, I restarted the client and was able to join queue right away. But I ran into the same error.
