[loot] I cannot get any key fragment for some reason.

for my past 40 games, I've been playing so well, gotten so many S- or above in ARAM, flex queue, and ranked solo/duo, but I haven't got ANY key fragment for almost a month. I don't know there's any thing that allow me to check my rating history to count how many S- or above I've got, but if you check my match history, some games are very obvious. I'm not sure it is a bug or I'm just THAT unlucky. Someone please check for me. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA/39112085 here's link to my match history, I don't think I can provide any evidence that I didn't receive any key fragment for these games. I'm not exaggerating, seriously haven't gotten ANY key fragment for almost a month.

I had a period of several months where my first key fragment of the month (after the chance reset) took roughly 45 games wins, and support ticket just gave me "Eh it can happen, it's just unlucky your first key (3 fragments) was about 60 games". No one really knows what the key frag chance actually is, and all we know it 'resets once a month' on the same day.

Nothing says "casual available" like that level of gaming to even complete 1 key per month.

The drop rate for key fragments is a curve, not a line. With each fragment you earn, the chance to earn your next one goes down slightly. This number resets roughly every thirty days after you earn your first key fragment.

Riot wanted to give players who didn't play as frequently a good drop rate for keys, without making it feel like farming was mandatory if you wanted keys.

You do not need to earn S- or higher in order to receive a key fragment.

Note: There's currently a bug which prevents you from earning key fragments if you're playing a champion you don't own. This is unintended, and a solution for this is being worked on.
