Can't see teammates

I was in a game had a message about reconnecting while I was recalling once that went away I was back at the fountain as normal. However after that and for the rest of the game I could not see the rest of my team. I could see pings and them firing if I happened to be near them but not their character models, Icon on the map, and wherever they went I would still have fog of war (they were getting baron and map still dark). Very big bug this is the only time I've seen it. Thank you for looking in. * I was also playing as Veiger, don't know if that's needed but rather give too much than not enough.
