[GamePlay] Permanent 5x Dragon Buff.

In 3 of my games (ranked and unranked) I've found that when you die and your team gets the 5th dragon, you end up getting a permanent 5x dragon buff.

1. make sure your team already has 4 previous dragon buffs.
2. die.
3. your team gets the 5th dragon
4. you re-spawn with a 5x drag buff with no timer.
5. you wait 180 seconds or die and your buff should go away, BUT it doesn't
6. you continue to re-spawn/play with the never ending dragon buff.
